Casey McCann.

A keen bodybuilder of 20 years I have been through all the phases and the ups and downs to find my way now I bring that knowledge to you directly to save you a lot of time and effort!

My journey began with a fascination for bodybuilding as a teenager. Reading Muscle and Fitness every month, I was captivated by the colossal physiques, especially Mike Mentzer, whose "heavy duty" training style truly inspired me. After seeing great results implementing his techniques into my own training, I decided that this is what I wanted to do: help others reach their exercise goals. So, I studied and gained REPs Level 1, 2, and 3, and began my personal training journey!

My approach

With over 20 years in the fitness industry, I've developed my own unique approach to personal training. I use a lot of different styles depending on the client and their individual goals. I also have my own version of Mike Mentzer's world-famous "heavy duty" training, which I have adapted and made my own in the form of K20 training. Beyond qualifications, I believe you can't beat actually doing it yourself. I practice and preach the things that I have done and that have worked for me; experience is key. One success story that stands out is Ed Warrwick. His weight loss journey was amazing. I trained Ed for 6 months all online with check-ins, weigh-ins and also "live sessions" on the gym floor using a combination of circuit training, HIIT training and an adjusted diet.
