"Live"coached gym sessions
For this all you will need is a gym membership,some headphones and a tripod phone stand.
I will coach you "real time" in the gym for 1 hour the session will consist of a warm up,main theme(gym)cool down and a post stretch.
will work from a pre made/aproved plan for session-and I can make sense of the minefield it can be at certain times.
I will navigate you through the rapids to achieve your desired goals,useing a verity of techniques including-intensity boosters-hiit training-steady state cardio,circuit training and weights it all depends on the individual client and there goals.
live gym sessions are a great way to coach my clients I navigate them through the gym floor and can adapt out pre planned workouts according to what's available as well as teaching form and tempo and hiit cardio and always keeping things safe with machines and safety collors.

After an initial consultation we will discuss goals,I will take down your measurement's,we will discuss any hurdles to your success with your goal.
and I will make detailed plans of how you will get there
every week there will be 2 workout plans delivered to your email the night before your workout.
you will have access to online support from 6-8pm every night

A structured diet and workout plan combines balanced nutrition with tailored exercise to help you achieve lasting result I take all the work out of it for you with the right foods to eat at the right time useing food for more fuel for your workouts!,Eat smart, train right, and hit your goals with a diet and workout plan that keeps you on track.
This is a 12 week minimum sign up.
1) 2 x Workout Plans Per Week
2) 1 x Diet plan
3) Online Support 6-8pm every day.
